Synchronicity is proud to be working alongside a leading, global advisory and insurance solutions business who are seeking an experienced PMI Account Manager to join its growing Employee Benefits division.

This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and increasing client demand, offering the chance to join a highly regarded corporate benefits team supporting a diverse portfolio of UK clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Private Medical Insurance (PMI) experience who enjoys client relationship management, scheme analysis, and delivering high-quality service within a consultative environment.

You will take ownership of day-to-day client servicing across a portfolio of PMI schemes, acting as a key contact for corporate clients while supporting consultants in delivering strategic advice and renewal solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

* Managing a portfolio of corporate PMI clients and acting as the primary day-to-day contact
* Liaising with insurers, healthcare providers and underwriting teams to gather and analyse scheme information
* Managing annual renewals, including market reviews, premium negotiations and benefit changes
* Producing renewal reports, insurer comparisons and policy summaries
* Supporting onboarding of new clients and ensuring smooth implementation of schemes
* Handling client queries relating to eligibility, claims, underwriting and mid-term adjustments
* Attending client meetings, insurer discussions and renewal presentations where required
* Identifying opportunities to enhance schemes through benefit redesign or additional wellbeing solutions

The role works closely with Consultants to ensure clients receive proactive, accurate and commercially strong advice throughout the lifecycle of their PMI arrangements.

We’re keen to speak with professionals who have:

* Experience in a PMI or Employee Benefits Account Management role
* Strong knowledge of corporate Private Medical Insurance schemes (SME and/or corporate)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client priorities
* A proactive and client-focused mindset
* Experience working with insurers and healthcare providers (desirable)
