Location: Solihull / Kings Heath, West Midlands
Salary: £47k - £55k + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday (40hours)

The Role:
As a Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the daily operations of the Children's Home, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and support to all young residents.
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Duties:
1. Implement and uphold health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.
2. Continuously update and enhance the home's Statement of Purpose and related documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Lead and support the staff team in delivering child-centred care, aiming for the best outcomes for each young person.
4. Oversee staff management, including work scheduling, training, supervisions, and appraisals.
