Located in Leeds, you will provide 1st to 3rd line support, manage incidents, and drive small infrastructure projects. Candidates should have at least 5 years in IT support, ideally within legal services, and strong skills in Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. This role is on-site five days a week with some travel to London and Birmingham for training.
