Great opportunity to work as an Account Coordinator for our client's leading meat processing site. Staffline is recruiting an Account Coordinator in Ruskington. The rate of pay is £12.39 per hour. This is a full-time role working any 5 days out of 7, various shifts, 8 hours per day. Your Time at Work As an Account Coordinator, your duties will include but will not be limited to: - Handling high inbound and outbound call volumes - Responding to job applications - Providing a positive customer experience - Build and maintain relationships with our onsite teams to establish a clear understanding of their clients' requirements and upcoming recruitment - Allocating workers to their shifts/bookings/planning - Processing Payroll - Data entry - Updating records using Word and Excel, and completing filing - Tracking and updating KPIs - Monitoring and responding to "Have Your Say" ticketing - Checking RTW reports - Conducting welfare meetings (SSP candidates) - Responding to compliance emails - Supporting any ad hoc duties as required Our Perfect Worker Our perfect Account Coordinator will have the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills. You will have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people first. You will be comfortable answering a high volume of calls. Good written and spoken English is also required for this role. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
