Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the operational strategy to support business growth and performance targets Ensure robust compliance with COMAH regulations, HSE standards, and all relevant statutory requirements Work closely with the senior leadership team to align operations with broader business goals and customer expectations Requirements: Proven track record in a senior operations leadership role Experience working in a COMAH-regulated environment Strong background in manufacturing Experience working for a chemical manufacturer Exceptional leadership and communication skills Degree-qualified in Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred
