Join our team in Stoke‑on‑Trent as a Service Administrator to deliver high‑quality administrative support for a busy community drug and alcohol service. This role is permanent, full‑time (37.5 hrs per week) with occasional evening and Saturday work.
Main duties of the job
As a key member of the service, you will manage referrals, maintain accurate records, support team communications, greet and assist clients, minute meetings, keep our database quality, and process assessments and clinical administrative support.

* Provide comprehensive administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential skills and qualifications
* Excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills.
* Highly organised with excellent time‑management and prioritisation.
* Clear communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
* Working knowledge of database management and digital media.
* Understanding of work‑based Health & Safety issues.
* Flexibility with working hours and location.
* Positive, engaging approach to clients and stakeholders.
* Experience in a charitable organisation and/or knowledge of the client group is an advantage.
