What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting Bright Horizons clients by providing care for children on an ad-hoc basis
* Engaging with children across various age groups through educational play and activities supporting their development
* Supervising children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
* Promoting and implementing Bright Horizons policies and procedures
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience in childcare, capable of caring for children of all ages
* Experience with Early Years and professional UK childcare experience
* Exceptional communication skills at all levels
* Thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding
* Flexible and dynamic approach, able to work with diverse families
Qualifications / Experience Needed:
* Unqualified candidates need at least 2 years of childcare experience
* Level 2 Childcare qualification with a minimum of 18 months experience
* Level 3 Childcare qualification (or above) with at least 1 year of experience
