Job Title: Construction Project Manager – Fit Out
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality fit-out projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial/residential fit-out projects
*
Plan, coordinate, and oversee site activities to meet programme milestones
*
Control project budgets, cost forecasts, and variations
*
Appoint, manage, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, and stakeholders
*
Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports
*
Manage quality control and snagging through to handover
*
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve site issues proactively
*
Ensure projects meet contractual, statutory, and company standards
Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fit-out sector
*
Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and MEP coordination
*
Excellent programme and cost management skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
*
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
*
Good understanding of health & safety legislation
*
Proficient in project management and reporting tools
Qualifications
*
Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
*
Relevant professional certifications (e.g. PMP, CIOB, SMSTS) are advantageous
