We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a male in his 30s in Burntwood.
Our service user is an energetic gentleman who leads an active lifestyle, always seeking ways to stay busy and engaged. He enjoys singing and dancing to his favourite songs and exploring his adapted sensory garden. Your role? To meet his personal care needs, undertake regular observations, and tend to his clinical intervention throughout the night, ensuring his comfort and safety, and creating a calm environment.
Please note, our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Pay Rates:
1. £13.50 - £17.00 per hour
2. Approx. £162-£204 per 12-hour day shift
3. Approx. £168-£204 per 12-hour night shift
Shifts Available:
4. Full Time Days and Nights
5. Days: 8am – 8pm
6. Nights: 8pm – 8am
7. 3 Shifts per week
8. Must be able to work both days and nights
Essential Experience:
9. 3 months previous care experience
10. Medication administration
11. Personal care
12. Moving and handling
