Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Vibe Recruit's client is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their Sales Team, generating new opportunities. With a wide target market, this role offers excellent potential to achieve incentive-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and update CRM systems with accurate records.
* Generate leads through research, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs, budgets, and timelines.
* Build strong relationships to drive new and repeat business.
* Book and hand over qualified meetings to the Business Development team.
* Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align strategies.

* Organised, detail-focused, and a team player.
* 1-2 years' experience in an SDR or similar sales role (sector experience a bonus but not essential).
* Proven success in prospecting and CRM management.
The Offer
1. Salary: £28,000 + 10% quarterly performance bonus
2. Hours:
