We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful digital campaigns, supporting ecommerce operations, and enhancing customer engagement through CRM. All About You You’ll be someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive setting and brings hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets. You’ll be confident in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms, with a deep understanding of attribution, audience segmentation, and ROI. You’ll be commercially aware, curious, and always looking for ways to innovate, especially when it comes to using AI tools to enhance performance. Most importantly, you’ll be a team player who communicates openly and works collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of high-budget paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights to improve ROI and customer acquisition.
• Support ecommerce operations including product uploads, merchandising, and promotions • Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns and flows • Manage CRM data and customer segmentation.
• Maintain campaign calendars to align paid, CRM, and ecommerce activities • Brief and coordinate visual assets with the Graphic Design team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital activity aligns with business goals • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices • Leverage AI tools to support campaign planning and content creation.
• Assist with testing and QA of digital tracking and site functionality • Remain informed on all relevant risk assessment and H&S measures in place.
• Adhere to all H&S policies relevant to their role and department. Experience, Requirements & Attributes • A minimum of 2 years,proven experience managing large-scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) and CRM/email marketing tools (e.g. Klaviyo) • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change
• Experience in retail or lifestyle brands is a plus
