Oversee the identification, assessment, and support of students with SEND
Work closely with teaching staff, parents, external agencies and senior leadership
Coordinate EHCP processes, interventions, and personalised learning plans
Support a team of teaching assistants and inclusion staff

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or be working towards it)
Proven experience working with students with a range of special educational needs
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory requirements
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
A proactive and empathetic approach to inclusion and behaviour
