We have been instructed on this new property role with our client, a full-service, independent Scottish law firm. This firm is currently seeking a qualified lawyer to join its expanding Commercial/Rural Property team in Inverness on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of commercial property work such as commercial leases, business property, landlord-tenant representation, major infrastructure projects and re-financing.
The team is open to level of candidates from NQ level, ideally with experience in commercial property law. Previous experience of rural/agricultural property would be beneficial however not essential.
The firm also operate a hybrid working policy.
