Senior Business Analyst – 12 Month Fixed Term
We are recruiting two Senior Business Analysts to join our Project Delivery Team on a 12-month fixed term contract. These roles will play a key part in delivering strategic change at the University, working on complex initiatives that support the student lifecycle.
You will be aligned to one of our strategic projects and, according to timing and priorities, may include work related to Student Enquiry Management or the Student Information System projects.
Responsibilities
* Conduct requirements management, process analysis and improvement
* Support testing and implementation activities
* Contribute to benefits definition and realization
* Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous or evolving problems
* Facilitate discussion and produce high-quality documentation that supports shared understanding
* Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
* Apply best practice in business analysis activities to deliver complex change
Qualifications
* Experienced business analyst with a proven track record in supporting complex change
* Strong communication skills, clear and confident communicator
* Proficient in requirements handling, process improvement, and change management
* Comfortable working with people, processes and technology
* Ability to collaborate, inclusivity, proactive learning and continuous improvement
