Temporary Finance Manager Experience Essentials Proven experience in senior financial management within the charity, environment, or related sectors. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent). Familiarity with Sage or similar finance systems. Strong understanding of SORP, grant reporting, and managing restricted funding. Demonstrated ability to manage financial controls during organisational change. Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with a calm and pragmatic approach.
