The Role As Sub-Contractors Quantity Surveyor - Multi-Trades, you will be responsible for: Managing the commercial aspects of multiple joinery, fit-out and multi-trade packages Preparing and submitting interim valuations and final accounts Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting Procurement and management of subcontractors Variations management and negotiation Monitoring project costs to ensure profitability and margin control Supporting project teams to ensure commercial compliance and efficiency Liaising with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders This role offers a mix of office-based work in Cheadle and site visits across the North West.
