Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for the Adults First Contact Team at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. To be successful, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree in Social Work, and have post-qualification experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Complete Care Act assessments on wards
2. Support multidisciplinary teams (MDTs)
3. Organize and prioritize caseloads for timely discharges
4. Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Discussions
5. Safeguard adults
Experience in fast-paced environments and knowledge of the Mental Health Act are essential.
