Overview
We are currently looking for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to cover South Wales, South West & M4 Corridor across several large commercial contracts. Our client offers complete commercial heating services in-house. Over the past decade they have completed 1000+ commercial heating projects for clients in diverse sectors. Working primarily across Hotels, Care Homes, Hospitals, Schools, Universities, Leisure & Commercial. The client is open to commercial or domestic engineers and full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Carry out preventative maintenance program.
* Carry out reactive maintenance works.
* To ensure all environmental conditions are always maintained.
* Wide range of gas maintenance and repair work.
* Ensure all paperwork is compliant to current legislation.
* Liaise with our client's representative on a day‑to‑day basis regarding work issues.
* Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.
Qualifications
* Commercial Gas qualifications (Desirable).
* Previous experience within the commercial maintenance industry.
