We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy and friendly Insurance & Regulatory team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a modern and growing firm.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role in providing secretarial and administrative support to our solicitors and fee earners. Your duties will include:
* Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence.
* Managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
* Handling file opening/closing and compliance procedures.
* Liaising with clients and third parties.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
* Audio typing.
About You:
We are looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience in a legal secretary role.
* Excellent typing skills and strong attention to detail.
* A professional and friendly manner, with good client care skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to work.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
