Provide leadership to colleagues within the team and support the Service Manager in the daily management & running of the service. Manage, deliver & lead high-quality care as part of the team using a person centred approach. Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too. Your Service Southwold House is a social, supportive home offering people different levels of care depending on their individual needs. With a mix of private flats and rooms, everyone gets to enjoy their own space and privacy, whilst also being encouraged and supported to be an active part of the household and be involved in cooking, cleaning and making decisions about how the home is run. If successful, we’ll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date.
