About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Support Manager to provide leadership and stability at a care home during a critical period. This is an urgent requirement for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager through a challenging phase
Mentor and develop the Deputy Manager stepping up into a managerial role
Be actively involved in care planning and medication management
Help stabilise the home following a recent CQC inspection
Work closely with the Local Authority on the Service Improvement PlanRequirements:
Strong leadership and management experience in care home settings
Ability to work under pressure and drive improvement
