Avia Homes is a young, dynamic team seeking a Customer Service Officer with a positive, can-do attitude for a full-time ongoing position.
Key responsibilities:
* Nurturing the client experience from construction to handover.
* Providing regular communication via phone and email, building rapport, and offering supportive and informative updates throughout the construction journey.
* Keeping customers well-informed at every stage with timely written updates and documentation.
* Managing time effectively to meet KPIs and provide timely updates.
* Coordinating low-level onsite variations.
* Ensuring all jobs are up-to-date in the system and communications are logged.
* Using project management systems such as Buildertrend, Monday.com, and Microsoft Programs.
The ideal candidate must have:
* Proven experience working directly for a home builder in a customer service or construction admin role (pre-site or on-site).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* A passion for working in customer service and the building industry.
