A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate M&A team in London, with a particular focus on TMT transactions across the media, gaming and gambling sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading practice advising on some of the most high-profile and innovative deals in the sector, working closely with well-regarded partners and an impressive international client base.

The team advises corporates, founders, investors and intermediaries on a broad range of transactions, including:
• Cross-border M&A
• Private acquisitions and disposals
• Growth equity investments
• Strategic investments and joint ventures
• Selected venture capital transactions
Stellar client base
The practice is particularly well known for its work within the gaming, betting and media sectors, acting for major betting operators, gaming studios, digital businesses, media companies and investors across international markets.
The successful candidate will:
• Lead and support on complex domestic and cross-border transactions
• Work closely with two highly regarded partners in the TMT space
• Manage and coordinate multi-jurisdictional deal teams
• Develop strong client relationships and sector expertise
• Support and mentor junior lawyers
• Collaborate with specialists across IP, regulatory, data and competition
About you
The firm is keen to speak with candidates who have:
• 5+ years’ PQE from a leading corporate practice
• Strong experience advising on corporate M&A transactions
• Excellent drafting and technical skills
• A genuine interest in the TMT sector, particularly media, gaming and gambling
• Strong commercial judgement and client-handling ability
Prior sector experience not essential
Prior sector experience is welcomed but not essential for candidates with strong corporate credentials and a genuine interest in developing specialist expertise within these industries.
