Middleton & Rose is looking for a motivated and organised Admin & Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Coupar Angus.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organised, and wants to build a career within a modern accountancy practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Bookkeeping using Sage and cloud accounting software
* Processing purchase and sales invoices
* Bank reconciliations
* Payroll administration support
* General office administration and client correspondence
* Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
* Supporting the accounts team with day-to-day tasks
What We're Looking For
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles
* Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
* Previous bookkeeping or administration experience is desirable but not essential
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
