Salary: Up to £70,000 base + 30% bonus OTE + Car Allowance £8,100 annually + Benefits

About the Role
As Regional Operations Manager, you'll manage the full pipeline of work across our product range, ensuring surveying and installation capacity are optimised and every job meets the Anglian standard. You'll lead large teams of employed staff and self-employed trades across multiple locations, working closely with other departments and key stakeholders to drive revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
