Duties
* Hands on approach to all operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Responsible for opening and closing and be keyholder
* Supervise café staff, including kitchen and front‑of‑house employees
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
* Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
* Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting
* Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
* Must be detail‑oriented and have strong organizational skills
