Junior Product Manager – Textiles
Location: Christchurch, Dorset

Hours: Monday to Friday, Hybrid working available after probation
Salary: £28,000 per annum + 10% Annual Performance Bonus + Discretionary Bonus

Travel: Occasional UK travel required
About the Role
We’re recruiting a Junior Product Manager - Textiles to join a leading FMCG company based in Christchurch. Working within the Textiles Division, you’ll help develop reusable bags for top high street retailers like Primark and Aldi.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in product development in a fast-paced, creative, and trend-led environment. You’ll be involved from concept through to shelf-ready product, with support from a collaborative, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities

Research new product trends and analyse competitor activity

Support the product development process from concept to launch
*
Manage product samples, costings, and critical paths
*
Work closely with design, sales, technical, and sourcing teams
*
Assist in customer meetings and product presentations
*
Liaise with global suppliers and overseas teams
*
Ensure product quality meets expectations
What We're Looking For
*
1–2 years’ experience in product development or brand support
*
Strong interest in textiles, fashion accessories, or reusable products
*
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
*
Excellent communication and presentation skills
*
Willing to travel to stores, meetings, and trade shows when required
