Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging and interactive French lessons to students across various age groups Develop and implement appropriate teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students Assess and evaluate students' progress regularly, providing timely feedback and support to ensure their ongoing development Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student participation and a love for language learning Collaborate with the modern languages department to develop and enhance curriculum materials and resources Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of students' progress and addressing any concerns or questions Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest educational practices and pedagogical approaches Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in French Language and/or Modern Languages Education Proven experience teaching French at primary or secondary level Deep knowledge and understanding of the French language and culture Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and connect with students, parents, and colleagues Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the unique learning needs of students High level of organization and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for language learning in students Familiarity with the national curriculum and assessment frameworks Application To be considered for this French Teacher position please forward a CV as soon as possible.
