Customer Operations Support Manager, OPL Renfrewshire and the Islands region – SCO.
Position Details
Full-time, Permanent.
Salary starting from £36,710 plus potential 10% bonus, 25 days annual leave and generous pension plan.
Location
Will attend delivery offices throughout the PA postcode area (Renfrewshire and the Islands), including Paisley and as far north as Oban, to ensure operational stability.
Shift Pattern
5 days between Monday to Saturday, 41 hours per week, with a rolling day off.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery operation and ensure the smooth running of the delivery team.
* Lead and inspire front-line colleagues to work efficiently and provide excellent service to customers.
* Act in the role of permanent manager when on annual leave, maintaining operational stability and building customer trust.
* Maintain resilience and adaptability to keep operations running smoothly during periods of management absence.
