🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
* Payroll & Timesheets: Process high volumes of weekly timesheets and payrolls accurately and on time.
* Candidate Onboarding: Register new candidates, complete compliance checks, and manage payslip distribution.
* First Point of Contact: Handle queries from candidates and clients — phone, email, and face-to-face.
* Admin & Data Management: Maintain organised records and systems to support reporting and smooth operations.
✅ What You’ll Bring
* 3-5 years of payroll experience (recruitment/construction sector a bonus)
* Familiarity with Excel, Word, and payroll software
* Knowledge of CIS, PAYE, Umbrella & LTD pay models
* High attention to detail and time management
* Strong communication skills, confident, friendly, and clear
* Understanding of UK temp/contract employment law (basic level)
