Due to recent and pending new acquisitions/expansion they are strengthening the team looking for a Head of Restaurant Operations in the South to report into the Director of Restaurants. Ideally based in the Berkshire/Buckinghamshire areas you will oversee a number of regions and regional managers.
A field-based role you will take responsibility for new projects and developments and will be focussed on the performance of the regions and people.

The role:
Full responsibility for a number of regions and regional managers
Accountability for multiple P & L accounts, budgets, costs and labour
Improve the financial and people performance of the regions
Train, develop, coach, lead and motive your senior team
Manage projects and new developments
Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, standards and the companys vision
Work to achieve and exceed company targets and KPIs'
You will have:
Experience as a senior operations/area/regional manager in commercial customer facing restaurants
Very strong financial & commercial acumen multiple P & L accountability
Excellent communication, people management, leadership and coaching skills
Project management, new opening/development skills
Strong performance management skills
The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results
A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
IT literacy - working with systems & process
