Our client is looking for Sales Development Representatives to join their growing sales team and support new business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing environment and accelerate your career.
About The Role
* £32,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (£40k+ OTE)
* Promotion opportunity in the first 12 months with a £5k pay rise

Main Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of the client’s growth, working closely with the sales team to connect with high‑potential prospects and drive new opportunities forward.
You’ll become a true expert in consultative selling, using the latest tech and strategies to create meaningful engagements.
* Develop a clear understanding of the company’s value proposition to effectively promote its solutions
* Proactively contact potential clients via an omni‑channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
* Book qualified meetings with prospective customers for the sales team
* Use consultative questioning to understand business challenges and align appropriate solutions
* Consistently work towards and achieve set KPIs and targetsBecome a trusted advisor to prospective clients
* Support the senior sales team on client calls and throughout the sales process
