Overview
Castlefield are delighted to be working with a well established not-for-profit organisation based in North Wales in order to recruit a Finance Assistant to join the team on a interim contract for 8 months to cover a secondment in the team.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for carrying out monthly reconciliations
2. Producing balance sheets and monthly reports
3. Taking full responsibility and management of the sales and purchase ledgers
4. Managing and reconciling petty cash
5. Contributing to making continuous process and procedure improvements
Skills
6. Previous experience in a Finance Assistant/Officer role - Essential
7. Ability to pick up new processes and duties quickly - Essential
8. Available immediately or short notice - Essential
