What we are looking for
We are now looking for a Sous Chef who is friendly and approachable, is highly organised, with good communication skills and enjoys working in a high-pace environment.
The ideal Sous Chef must be able to run the operation in the Head Chef absence and able to manage a team of 14/15 chefs
