An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded, strategic Group Finance Director to lead the integration and transformation of four highly successful businesses operating within the Construction and Industrial Services sector.
This is a rare chance to shape the financial future of a newly consolidated group—driving performance, aligning operations, and building a best-in-class financial infrastructure to support growth.
The Role as Group Finance Director:
* Lead the financial integration of four operating entities into a unified group structure
* Developing group-wide systems, processes, reporting, and controls
* Shape group-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
* Inspire cultural alignment while respecting each business’s unique identity
* Partnering closely with the Group MD to guide overall group strategy
* Drive change with empathy, focus, and commercial sharpness
You will need:
* Proven experience in senior finance leadership (multi-entity or group structure)
* Background in M&A, integrations, or financial transformation
* Strategic, commercially focused, and hands-on.
* Influential, collaborative leadership style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
