An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Environmental Protection Manager to join a forward-thinking local authority in the Midlands on a 6-month interim contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Environmental Protection team, ensuring effective service delivery.
* Oversee the delivery of statutory Environmental Health functions, including noise, nuisance, air quality, and pollution control.
* Provide strategic direction and contribute to service development and improvement.
* Act as the lead point of contact for environmental protection matters across the authority.
Contract Details:
* Rate: £55+ per hour (DOE, Inside IR35)
* Location: Midlands – Hybrid working available
* Hours: Open to full-time or part-time candidates
