Job Description
3. Lead and develop the accounting function, shaping team structure, capability and processes to support business goals.
4. Improve financial reporting routines, ensuring timely, accurate outputs for monthly, annual and group requirements.
5. Oversee cashflow and working-capital monitoring, introducing tools and insights that support performance improvements.
6. Manage statutory reporting and audit activity, maintaining strong financial controls and driving policy, process and system enhancements.
7. Support organisational change and growth initiatives, including legal entity simplification and financial due diligence for acquisitions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounting Manager should have:
8. Fluent Spanish speaking skills are essential
9. Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
10. Proven experience in a leadership role within the accounting and finance department.
11. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
12. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is advantageous.
14. Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
15. Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
