Main activities and tasks: Manage the process of assessing new applicants accreditation or re-accreditation, enabling them to access telecommunications sites Manage the data and records of new and existing telecommunications engineers and users Issue access cards and provide access to vetting services for certain staff required to access higher security locations Issue temporary loan of keys for certain staff required to access higher security locations/sites Management of data within the Access & Accreditation Portal Receive and process calls and tickets associated to individual/Companies accreditation, access cards or site keys Provide guidance and support to staff on accreditation issues Support the development and maintenance of the accreditation knowledgebase Manage the one-off permit process for unaccredited requesters Adhere to the internal rules and regulations, policies, procedures, and current workflow within the organization/business unit/team. Perform other tasks within the scope of the role, as requested by the immediate supervisor, within the limits of own professional competence (e.g., reports, analyses, specific projects, etc.) Role Specification: Assure the necessary support for accessing of telecommunications sites across the UK by ensuring the accreditation of individuals and companies Required Education & Trainings: High school Required Experience: Previous Service Desk experience is beneficial Broad understanding of the Telecommunications industry Telecommunications Infrastructures providers, specifically Cellnex, and their processes and procedures including, but not limited to, Accreditation, Site Access and Network Operations is beneficial Specific skills & technical knowledge: Proficient in Word and excel Excellent telephone manner
