Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, our centre offers a nurturing, inspiring environment with natural play spaces, light-filled open-plan rooms and thoughtfully selected, age-appropriate resources. With engaging indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 90 children to explore, learn, grow and thrive every day.
As our new Assistant Centre Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the centre while helping lead a happy, high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into leadership and grow their career in early childhood.
About You
As our new Assistant Centre Manager you will:

* Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children's independence and growth
* Showcase strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Inspire your team to cultivate excellence in early education.
* Build strong connections with families and the community.
What You’ll Bring:
* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Maintain a current Working with Children Check
* Possess Australian Working Right
* Present yourself in a professional and warm manner
* Engage with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity
* Contribute to a team-first attitude and a positive environment
* Full availability to work Monday to Friday
* Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
