Overview

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring accuracy in all payroll-related matters.

This role is based in Nottingham on a hybrid basis and requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of payroll.

This opportunity is with a well-established organisation in Nottingham who are looking to add an experienced Payroll Administrator to their team on a permanent basis. Our client is offering two days working from home after probation and a supportive work environment!


Responsibilities

* Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
* Maintain and update payroll records in compliance with legal requirements.
* Handle queries and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
* Prepare and submit required reports to relevant stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate financial records.
* Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and company policies.
* Assist in the implementation of payroll system improvements.
* Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.


Profile / Qualifications

* Proven experience in payroll processing and management.
* Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles within the healthcare sector.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
* Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* Good understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
* Able to commute to their office in Nottingham.
