Account Manager - Contract recruitment (MSP / Strategic Accounts)

Russell Tobin is a recruitment and talent advisory business with teams based in 12 countries. Our UK team is currently looking to hire an Account Manager to work on some of our most important client accounts. Our clients are some of the biggest names in the technology, financial services and pharmaceutical sectors.
This is a key client-facing role, serving as the first point of contact for hiring managers, supplier partners, and our temporary contractors.
What you’ll do:
✔️ Oversee candidate management, shortlist selection and onboarding/offboarding processes
✔️ Coordinate interviews and manage high-volume requisitions
✔️ Build effective relationships with MSP partners and end clients to expand opportunities
✔️ Monitor compliance, time approvals, and assignment lifecycle
✔️ Act as a liaison between clients, suppliers, and contractors
✔️ Provide training and client support on VMS processes
✔️ Support contract recruitment process for some of the biggest brands, globally
What we’re looking for:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years of client account management / contract recruitment experience
💼 Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
💻 Proficiency in MS Office; Fieldglass/Beeline experience is a big plus
🌎 Experience supporting Fortune 500/1000 organisations preferred
