Rate: 402 GBP/Day (Inside IR35)
Role Description:
The Threat Intelligence Business Analyst plays a key role in translating business problems and intelligence requirements into actionable solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the Chief Security Office (CSO). Operating within a cross-functional analytics team, the analyst supports the development of capabilities within the DataWalk platform by gathering requirements, shaping operational designs, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
The analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, intelligence analysts, and technical teams, ensuring solutions are viable, scalable, and effectively integrated across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and analyze business problems and intelligence requirements needing change or enhancement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for DataWalk.
* Assess the impact of proposed deliverables, such as process improvements or new intelligence capabilities.
* Translate stakeholder needs into structured deliverables for solution design and implementation.
* Support feasibility assessments and contribute to business cases.
* Ensure solutions align with operational design and processes.
* Monitor project progress and support reporting for timely delivery.
* Maintain traceability of requirements through change management.
* Work with data analysts and modelers to meet business needs.
* Promote a collaborative environment for holistic intelligence analysis.
Stakeholder Management and Leadership:
This role requires developing strong relationships within the Threat Intelligence team and engaging with external vendors and industry forums. The role involves demonstrating leadership by becoming a subject-matter expert and advocating for analytics in business decision-making. While not a formal People Leader, the role may include mentoring early-career analysts.

* Experience in regulated environments or handling sensitive data
* Knowledge of operational design and process optimization in security functions
