Adecco are currently looking for an Inclusion Coordinator Administrator to work for our client in Bolton. You will be required to work closely with students from Years 7 to 13, to liaise effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies to support student well-being and inclusion. Duties: Act as first point of contact for families and external professionals Coordinate communication and follow-up across pastoral and inclusion teams Maintain accurate records, logs, and pupil support documentation Support behaviour, attendance, safeguarding, and well-being processes Liaise with external agencies to ensure joined-up support Manage diaries, meetings, and documentation for key staff Prepare reports, referrals, and meeting minutes Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and school policies Promote positive relationships and contribute to school community events Support school trips and activities as neededRequirements: Experience in a busy administrative or coordination role, ideally in education or health/social care. Experience and understanding of 'Keeping Children Safe in Education' within a school setting. Have an understanding of relevant aspects of the SEND Code of Practice. Highly IT literate.
