Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 Qualification, specialising in SEND, to join a primary school in Yardley. The school is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification (or equivalent) and have experience working with children with SEND within a primary school setting. This role involves working closely with pupils who require tailored support to access the curriculum, assisting in the implementation of EHCPs, and collaborating with teachers and external professionals to promote a supportive, inclusive environment. The successful candidate will be vital in helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
