Senior Architect (Core Product) | Fully Remote (UK) | Up to £125k
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing technology business looking to hire a Staff Engineer to help shape architecture and technical strategy across a suite of core products.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on complex engineering challenges, AI-first product development, and driving architectural excellence across multiple teams.
Key experience:
* Data architecture across OLTP & OLAP environments
* Modern product engineering across distributed systems
* AI-first engineering and SDLC transformation
* Technical leadership across cross-functional teams
* MVP / 0-1 thinking and architecture evolution
* Cloud-native environments (AWS preferred)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and mentoring capabilities
You’ll work closely with Technical Leads, Product and Engineering leadership to shape strategy, improve engineering practices, and support teams delivering at scale.
