The right candidate will need to be confident with de-escalation strategies, robust and know how to build strong rapports and manage challenging behaviours. You must also be empathetic and have a good understanding or background in special educational needs or Social emotional, mental health. Resilience and hard work are a must. An outdoors/sports/activity co-ordinator background or creative Arts/Food tech background would also be great, as this role entails a lot of outdoors and creative activies.
