About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Taxi Rank Marshal to join our team at a busy airport location. This is a customer-facing role at the heart of airport operations, ensuring passengers enjoy a smooth, safe, and efficient transition from arrivals to onward travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist passengers as they exit the airport and require taxi services
* Direct customers to available taxis in a professional and courteous manner
* Manage taxi queues, ensuring drivers remain in the correct order
* Issue and monitor tickets to maintain an organised and fair system
* Communicate clearly with both passengers and drivers to keep operations running smoothly
* Handle customer queries and provide excellent service at all times
* Maintain a visible, approachable presence at the taxi rank
