Change Delivery Manager – Governance & Assurance – Salary up to £47,000
12- Month Fixed Term Contract
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Governance & Assurance (G&A) IWR (Insurance, Wealth & Retirement) Transformation Team as a Change Delivery Manager. This role involves delivering change management and potentially supporting ‘business as usual’ (BAU) activities within the IWR G&A function to achieve strategic priorities.
One project will support the integration of Aviva Protection UK Ltd (formerly AIGL) within the IWR/Aviva estate.
We’re looking for someone eager to utilize existing skills and develop new ones across our team to help the business deliver safely and efficiently.
About the role:
As part of the IWR Governance & Assurance team, you will lead change projects and support the G&A Senior Leadership Team with BAU challenges in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities include managing the integration of Aviva Protection UK Ltd (Project Watch), shaping projects, ensuring risk-based and customer-focused solutions, supporting change activities in BAU, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
Skills and experience required:
* Strong senior stakeholder management and relationship skills, confident engaging with IWR Senior Leaders and experts.
* Experience with risk management frameworks in Financial Services.
* Preferably experience with business integrations, migrations, or large-scale programs.
* Proactive, initiative-taking, able to lead tasks independently or in teams.
* Attention to detail, excellent presentation, and report writing skills.
