Location: London. ICMP Kilburn and Queen's Park Campus. This role is onsite only.
Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to £27,075 (pro rata) depending on experience

About the Role
As a Student Advisor at ICMP London you will be the welcoming and professional first point of contact for students, visitors and staff at our Kilburn and Queen's Park campuses. Providing clear, timely advice and support for a wide range of enquiries - whether in person, over the phone, or online - the Student Advisor role is key to ensuring that everyone is supported and receives the correct information, contributing to a positive student experience that aligns with ICMP's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional, welcoming reception support to applicants, students, visitors, and staff.
* Respond promptly and accurately to student enquiries via in-person, telephone, and email channels.
* Assess the complexity and urgency of enquiries and refer to appropriate teams or services.
* Support key student lifecycle events such as Enrolment, Induction, Open Days, and Graduation.
* Monitor and manage enquiries through email inboxes and Microsoft Teams to ensure timely responses.
* Assist with the training and support of Student Ambassadors in front desk duties.
* Complete required training including CAS, Health and Safety, First Aid, and Fire Marshal.
