* Strong budgeting and cost analysis skills for multi-stage projects
* Knowledge of procurement and hiring contractors and consultants

Responsibilities
1. Land acquisition: Identify and advise on suitable land for purchase or lease
2. Planning permissions: Manage and coordinate applications with local authorities
3. Regulatory compliance: Ensure all permissions, licenses, and environmental regulations are met
4. Project budgeting: Work with trustees to create budgets covering planning fees, construction costs, and professional services
5. Procurement: Support in selecting reliable professionals and suppliers
6. Strategic oversight: Help plan timelines, track progress, and anticipate obstacles
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the volunteer board and team to realize the project vision
